GET /random.txt                 - a random date's random holiday
GET /holiday/today.txt          - ?pool=secular|main|national|all

GET /nameday/today.txt          - ?set=modern|other|all  ?pick=list|random
GET /nameday/search.txt?name=X  - which date(s) X's name day falls on
GET /folkday/today.txt          - old-style folk name for the day
GET /stats/today.json           - {total, main, national, religious}
GET /health                     - liveness check

Replace "today" with MM-DD (e.g. 12-31) for any date. Append .json for
structured output instead of plain text.
